I'm spending 3 hours a day in therapy. Most of it is group therapy. I found it quite strange at first, but now I'm starting to see the benefits. I'm also starting to feel the benefits. My blood pressure was 110/70 today. I haven't had a panic attack in over a week. My body is calming down. Next week I'm going to learn some coping skills. I've been running from my problems for years. Running is not an option. I always ran when I saw my dad pull up in the driveway. I've never stopped running.
I also found out today that this therapy is super expensive, almost $2,000. I'm going to turn my cable off and eating PB & J is going to be the new norm.
