I did not run today for the first time in almost two weeks. I hurt my leg yesterday on an elliptical machine. I'm seriously panicking right now. It hurts to walk. It hurts just laying here. I also feel like total
crap, since I did not
run today. I'm going to rest it for a couple of days and hope that it calms down. Nine days until the race. Holy Freakin Crap!
Oh yikes. Remember to stay calm. I'm rooting for full recovery. (and quick too).
